We accept returns of CDs within 30 days of the purchase date. To return a CD, send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date, together with the original receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return.

Returned CDs must be in new, unused condition. If the CD is not in new and unused condition, we do not make any refunds

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the return policy

We do not accept returns for the following items:

CDs that have been damaged or forged
CDs that have been used or listened to
